EXPANSION JOINTS

GOLDSTEIN-SCHWARTZ Single and Twin Sphere Expansion Joints and Connectors are ideal in heating and air conditioning systems, where low initial cost and maximum reliability are a must.
Single Sphere Expansion Joint
The Single Sphere Expansion Joints have a neoprene cover, providing excellent resistance to oxidation, ozone and sunlight aging and protects the joint from dropping oil. The unit has a neoprene tube that is good for both hot and cold water service, mild chemicals and oils. The fully molded single spherical design provides a high pressure rating with the added benefit of a non-clogging, long radius arch configuration. This design also provides reduced force to flex, thus protecting mating flanges, especially PVC and fiberglass types. The steel flanges easily rotate on the bellows, which makes it easier to line up the bolt holes during installation when mating flanges are out of line. No separate retaining rings are ever required. (Standard sizes range from 1-1/4” I.D. through 20” I.D.) More info
Twin Sphere Connector
The Twin Sphere Connector is a double sphere joint with a neoprene cover and neoprene tube. It provides excellent resistance to oxidation, ozone and sunlight aging, and protects joint from dripping oil. The unit has a neoprene tube that is good for both hot and cold water service, mild chemicals and oils. The fully molded twin spherical design provides a high- pressure rating with the added benefit of a non-clogging, long radius arch configuration. This design also provides reduced force to flex, thus protecting mating flanges, especially PVC and fiberglass types. The steel flanges easily rotate on the bellows, which makes it easier to line up the bolt holes during installation when mating flanges are out of line. No separate retaining rings are ever required.
